Privacy

This page covers the pish.me website and the request access form. The pish app has its own terms, shown to invited teams.

What we collect

When you request access, we store the email address you enter and, if you fill them in, your name, your newsroom or organisation, your team size and your message. We also store the date, the country your request came from and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions. We do not store the IP address itself.

Why

We use these details only to reply to your request and to set up access to the closed beta. We do not sell them, share them with advertisers or add you to a newsletter.

Where it is kept

Requests are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, in its Western Europe region. Notifications about new requests reach our team in a private messenger chat.

How long

We keep a request until the end of the closed beta. After that we delete it, unless you have become a customer.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers. We may count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Reply to any email from us, or write to [email protected].
